Organizer: Improve memory

Event type: other

Do you want to maintain a good memory and sharp mind for as long as possible?

Do you forget where you put your glasses, keys or mobile phone?
Do you ever find yourself unable to remember a friend's name or important information?
Do you want to maintain a good memory, concentration and independence even in old age?

You are not alone. As we age, most people experience minor memory lapses. The good news is that memory and brain training can be done at any age. Just as we strengthen our muscles, we can support our memory, attention, and ability to learn new things through regular exercise.

During five practical sessions, you will learn simple and proven techniques that you can immediately use in your everyday life.

You will learn on the course
  • how human memory works and why we sometimes forget,
  • simple techniques for better memorization of names, numbers and important information,
  • how to improve concentration and attention,
  • how to regularly train your brain and keep it in good shape,
  • what habits are good for brain health,
  • how to support your memory even in old age.
