The aim of the seminar for coaches is to familiarize themselves with the methods of "correctly" set communication between players and coaches. To respect the individual developmental stages of players, meet their needs and communicate with them adequately to their age. Also to inspire with individual and group tasks and help coaches empower the players themselves to take more responsibility for the team. Another aim is to show coaches on what foundations and principles to correctly compose training sessions, so that they are as meaningful as possible and are created in the context of the natural learning of children and youth primarily in the game environment.
Otmar Litera – I'm on a healthy festival
Otmar Litera has been working in the field of human development and education of children, youth, and adults since 2008. He is a happy husband to a wonderful wife and an enthusiastic father.
He currently works as a lecturer and mentor of the FAČR with an overlap into the internal education of lecturers and coaches within the FAČR, in 2022–2023 he worked as a mental coach of the junior floorball team, with which he also participated in the world championship, and at the same time worked for the U17 football team in the role of a person for tuning the team. He also worked for 16 years as a methodologist and one of the members of the sports management in one of the largest youth football clubs, FC Háje Jižní Město. In 2018, he completed a coaching course, and since then he has been more concerned with the development of human potential.
He works individually with athletes, coaches and parents.
He goes through self-development practices – counseling circles, meditation, individual therapy, rituals of transition, etc. His tutoring and work with people are based on personal experiences and on connecting knowledge from different areas, creating a whole. He likes to travel and meet new people.
