Yoga pink

The Classical Yoga Center, with the support of the municipality of Krásná, cordially invites you to an evening yoga meeting called Pink Yoga , which will take place on Wednesday , June 11, 2025 from 6:30 p.m. in the Sokolovny cultural hall in Krásná .

"To bloom like a rose or to ripen like a fruit. Both must be learned. To rejoice in the blossom and in the ripeness and to accept everything as a gift of the same can be called the art of life."

Come and practice together, calm your mind and experience time dedicated to yourself in gentleness, presence and silence. The class is open to everyone regardless of age or previous experience with yoga. The practice will take place in a slow rhythm, with an emphasis on breath, conscious movement and inner experience.

Entrance fee: 100 CZK
Please bring a full-length exercise mat and a blanket to cover yourself during the final relaxation. We recommend wearing loose, comfortable clothing and not eating or drinking heavily before class .
