Self-defense against knives

We would like to invite you to a special seminar focused on self-defense against knife attacks, which will take place on Monday, June 23, 2025 from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Keller gym, Textilní 2735/19 in Aš. The event is intended for the general public aged 15 to 99 - both complete beginners and those who already have experience with combat systems are welcome.

The seminar will be led by an experienced Krav Maga instructor, Josef Miskolczi , holder of the Krav Maga Expert and Advanced Instructor 3 titles. During the two hours, we will focus on practical techniques for defending against a knife attack, principles of prevention, conflict avoidance, and crisis responses that can be decisive for survival in real situations.

Participation in the event is free.
The aim of the seminar is to raise public awareness of the dangers of knife attacks and to offer practical skills that can help in crisis situations. A knife is one of the most dangerous weapons we can encounter in everyday life - let's learn to respond to such situations correctly, effectively and with the greatest chance of managing the conflict.

The seminar is implemented with the support of the Karlovy Vary Region as part of the Crime Prevention Program of the Karlovy Vary Region .
