Beneath the surface

The artist in Aš named her sandstone opus, entitled "Under the Surface (Blooming)", as a cracked stone that grows from the depths to the surface broken by the force of nature. Figuratively like the sprouts of plants that boldly penetrate to the light. This sculpture represents the rebirth and awakening of life from temporarily lost and forgotten sources, hidden under layers of history like seeds deep under rubble. It symbolizes faith in the future, which we consider extremely necessary nowadays.
