We invite you to an evening yoga meeting, which will take place on Wednesday , May 14, 2025, from 6:30 p.m. in the Sokolovna Krásná cultural hall .
Come relax, calm your mind and tune into your subtle inner strength.
The theme of the evening is love, which is born from within – when it is present within us, it can be naturally shared with those around us. And it is love that helps us remain open – for better or for worse.
Entrance fee: 100 CZK
Take with you:

a body-length exercise mat

possibly a blanket to cover yourself while relaxing
We recommend coming in loose, comfortable clothing and not eating or drinking large amounts of fluids for at least an hour before exercise.
