Karel Plíhal, a rare musician with a talent not only for music but also for words, creates melodies on the mandolin, accompanied by the skillful guitarist Petr Fiala. Between songs, he often takes a break for short poems, which he is constantly adding. The repertoire mainly includes songs that his listeners have loved over the years, and some new ones from the upcoming album.

Karel Plíhal, a unique musician, lyricist and poet, is able to touch the hearts of his audience with a cheerful poem, then immediately move them and immerse them in the depths of emotions with his songs. His solo project gained a new dimension thanks to the brilliant guitarist Petr Fial, whom he met at the music school in Hradec Králové.

At Plíhal's concert, listeners can look forward to gentle and playful poetics, an intimate atmosphere, and all of this is presented in the form of intelligently humorous, often self-ironic lyrics or short verses that open or complement individual songs. And, of course, breathtaking guitar art.
