Via Ferrata near Aš – Devil's Rocks

Discover a secured route (via ferrata) on the almost forgotten Devil's Rocks between the village of Podhradí and the peak of Háj . This natural attraction is located at an altitude of 666 m and is accessible along a 2.5 km long marked route from the main parking lot of the Háj sports complex . The route is also followed by the Faust cycle path (purple trail) , which can also be used by cyclists. Alternatively, you can come from the Podhradí bus stop , from where it is 1.5 km to the via ferrata.

The Ferrata is intended for beginners and advanced climbers. The route leads along a traverse and spirals up to the top of the highest rock. After overcoming the bridge, you descend to the side rock, where the climbing ends. The difficulty ranges from A and B to the more demanding sections C , the total length of the secured route is 80 meters .

The Háj sports complex also includes a rental of via ferrata sets and bikes , which you will appreciate especially on a spontaneous trip without your own equipment. In addition, a new via ferrata is being built in this location, so the range of adventures will soon expand.
