REGIA Publishing House, the Town of Aš, the Library, Museum and Information Center Aš, in cooperation with European Goethe Ways, cordially invite you to a festive cultural event that connects visual arts, literature and regional history.
On Tuesday , June 9, 2026, from 5:00 p.m., the opening of the exhibition Faust's Labyrinth will take place in the premises of the Museum of Aš (Poštovní náměstí 635) , accompanied by a ceremonial launch and autographing of Aleš Česal's new book - Behind the Hidden Beauty of Ašska .
The publication from the Mysterious Trails series presents lesser-known, but all the more impressive places in the Aš region and invites readers to discover them.
The ceremonial christening will be performed by:
- Mayor of the city of Aš Vítězslav Kokoř
- writer and publicist Otomar Dvořák
The program will include:
- commented opening of the exhibition
- autograph session of the author
- possibility of purchasing a book at a discounted price
Review copies of the publication will be available for journalists.
The exhibition Faust's Labyrinth connects motifs from the Faustian legend with artistic processing and the regional context of the Aš region, creating a unique cultural experience.
