We invite you to an exceptional musical experience as part of the anniversary year of the Czech Organ Festival. Come and listen to the sound of a historic organ and be carried away by the combination of masterful singing and a royal instrument in the unique setting of the Evangelical church in Hranice u Aše.
Introducing the performers
The concert will feature top artists of international renown:
A world-renowned German singer whose career began with a victory at the International Dvořák Competition in Karlovy Vary. He is valued for his extraordinary vocal range and technical brilliance, which he applies in demanding opera arias and baroque compositions on prestigious world stages.
A leading Czech organist, teacher at the Prague Conservatory and cantor of the U Salvatora church in Prague, he specializes in the informed interpretation of Baroque music and is known for his deep interest in historical instruments and their authentic sound.
About the festival
The Czech Organ Festival, founded in 2007 by organist Adam Viktora, aims to promote and preserve historical organs in Bohemia. These instruments are a unique carrier of the sound image of past times and form an incomprehensibly rich artistic legacy of our ancestors. Each concert helps to create an argument for their preservation and maintenance.
Entrance fees and practical information
Basic admission fee: 100 CZK.
Students, seniors and disabled people: 50 CZK.
Children and youth under 18: free.
Please note: Admission can only be paid in cash on site before the start of the concert.
