City Run 2026

Come run, cheer or just soak up the great atmosphere. The City Run for St. George's Hospice is a traditional charity event that combines the joy of exercise with helping those in need.

Let's get our H(r)anice moving and support a good cause!

We cordially invite you to the traditional City Run for St. George's Hospice , which will take place on Saturday, September 12, 2026 from 2:00 p.m. on Masaryk Square in Hranice .

Come and play sports, enjoy a pleasant afternoon and support the activities of St. George's Hospice. There are races for children, schoolchildren, relay races and individual runners.

Program:

• 2:00 PM – start
• 2:10 PM – stuffed animal run (preschoolers)
• 2:30 PM – 1st–3rd grade (circuit approx. 600 m)
• 2:45 PM – 4th–5th grade (circuit approx. 600 m)
• 15:00 – 2nd grade of primary school (around 800 m)
• 15:20 – relay race (5×800 m)
  • five-member teams, or one member runs multiple sections
  • Matching jerseys or costumes are mandatory
• 16:00 – individual race for 2.5 km and 5 km
• 16:45 – results announcement
