For history lovers, the Textile Museum in Aš is an ideal stop, documenting the rich textile tradition of the region. The museum is located in a former chateau on Mikulášský vrch and, in addition to textile exhibits, you will also find a collection of reconciliation crosses and stones from all over the Czech Republic.
While walking through the city, don't forget to visit the Church of St. Nicholas, built in 1867–1871, and the Baroque town hall from 1733, which has undergone several reconstructions and today serves its original purpose.
